Can I also send individual pictures of the people?
Yes, that is possible without any problems! Our artists then combine all the individuals/images into one overall drawing.
Do you also draw animals?
Yes! You can specify the number of animals when ordering.
What quality should the picture I send along have?
A picture is worth a thousand words. It's the same with us! We ask you to upload photos with high image quality when placing your order. Likewise, all persons to be drawn should be clearly recognizable. The lighting conditions should also be such that details of the people can be seen unadulterated. Our artists do not know you personally and only have the pictures sent as a template.
The better the pictures you send, the better your drawing will be!
What payment options do you offer?
We grant PayPal buyer protection for all payments via PayPal. You can also pay securely by credit card, Klarna Sofortüberweisung, Klarna purchase on account, Klarna direct debit, Klarna installment purchase.
Can I get a preview of my ordered drawing?
Yes! Before a poster or canvas is printed, you will receive a preview of your order. You can confirm these or you can request changes.
Is it possible to get a preview before I send my order?
Unfortunately this is not possible. All of our drawings are hand drawn by real people and not by computer programs. Therefore, an automatic preview before your order is unfortunately not possible. However, you can always find examples of our previous customers under "customer examples" to see if you like our drawing style!
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of the order and only before we have received the digital preview. Simply send us an email stating the order number. Cancellation after this period is no longer possible.
What if I don't like my drawing?
Tastes are different. If we haven't met yours with our drawing, we're willing to work closely with you and find a common solution! When ordering, please make sure that you upload a high-quality image. All persons to be drawn must be clearly recognizable! Furthermore, all special requests should be described in detail.
However, there is no general right of return, as we cannot simply resell a product that has been specially made for you.
Can I have my drawing changed?
The following conditions apply to change requests:
Free Modifications from Make Me Jedi! are taken over:
- Important details that we forgot: e.g. earrings, glasses, tattoos
Changes that are made at an additional cost:
- certain features that were not clearly visible on the original photo, such as:

- Hair color (due to unfavorable light influences)
- Hair length (if this was not recognizable)
- Haircut (if not recognizable)
- Body stature (due to unfavorable angles)
- Clothing (if not adequately described)
- All details that were not specified when ordering, not sufficiently described or not recognizable on the photo!
We will charge you 14.99 euros for a fee-based change to your drawing. The new version of the drawing will only be created after receipt of payment.
How can I order a chargeable change?
When ordering, please email us and state your original order number so that we can assign it to your order.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time is currently:
For canvases and posters: approx. 3-5 workdays after approval of the drawing
The above delivery time is constantly updated and adapted to the current order volume.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, we offer tracking for all deliveries.
Do you ship to packing stations?
Delivery to Packstations is possible for the following items:
- Canvases 20x30 and 40x60cm
- All poster sizes
All other items are shipped with UPS and can therefore not be delivered to packing stations.
When will I receive the digital delivery of my order?
The digital delivery of your order takes place at the same time as the shipping of your poster, mug or pillow. It will be sent to the email address we have on file. If you have not received your delivery, first check your spam folder. If you can't find it there either, please contact ourcustomer service
