Where is Madame Fanti from?

All drawings, starting with Madame Fanti, are made by hand by our artist Emilia in hours of work. It sometimes takes several weeks from the initial idea to the finished member of the Madame Fanti family. We have set ourselves a high quality standard for our cute drawings. Only the best of Madame Fanti's friends make it into our online shop!
How do you draw??

Our drawings are first drawn by hand with watercolors on normal paper. The drawings are then digitized and printed on our lovingly designed products.
Where do you produce?

All of our printed items are produced in Germany, especially in Cologne, and sent directly to you from there!
Shipment
How long does a delivery take?

The delivery of our products takes about three to five working days.
With whom does the delivery take place?

In Germany, all our products are delivered with DHL.
Is there a shipment tracking?

All our deliveries can be tracked via tracking.
Do you ship to packing stations?

Please contact us before placing your order so that we can arrange delivery to a packing station.
How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are a flat rate of 4.99 euros for deliveries to Germany. From 50 euros these shipping costs are waived!
